Quality hones mechanics are extremely rare. This is one of those rare breeds. I was fortunate enough to land in their shop the first time, and i've been back multiple times ever since.

I took our BMW 5 Series to MBZ Auto on two occasions. Both times I recall thinking these are really nice people. More importantly, I left feeling like I had gotten exactly what I needed, paid a fair price for it and had a pleasant experience. I used to go to the dealership for service. I don't think I'll be doing that anymore. Thanks guys.

I went there to get a pre-purchase inspection for my car. The service was great, the staff were so welcoming. The whole experience was just easy and reliable!

Mr.Ara is a true professional. He explained everything in detail all that was done, no hidden agendas . He knows we are newbies and went out his way to teach us the basics of the car and never took advantage of our lack of knowlege with mercedes .Mr Ara also has good sense of humor which is a good thing , made my wife comftable with him. What can i say. This shop provides top notch service. I have been taking my ml350 to this shop for several years now and always welcomed like a family. Ara who is the owner of the shop is professional and most importantly a very honest individual. He always took care of my needs in a timely manner and always made a follow up call few days later after the service to make sure that everything is running great and there are no problems. Im so glad i found this place. If you need a benz service i think his the best in town. You will not be disappointed.

I took my Mercedes to MBZ on 2 occasions and they went over an above with the car service and provided excellent customer service. Ara the manager/owner of the MBZ took the time to explain everything and show me the parts of the car. He was friendly, helpful and patient to address all my questions. Being a woman it can be very difficult finding honest and helpful mechanics that won't rip you off but this place is reliable and trustworthy. I would highly recommend taking your Mercedes to MBZ for any service repair.

I drove by this place and decided to call for an estimate on my cracked windshield. Ara was very friendly, told me he would call around and advised me he would call me back in 5 minutes. When he called back I was very pleased with the price and scheduled an appointment. The evening before my appointment I got a flat tire, so when I dropped off my car, he offered to also call around for a replacement. Lastly, it was very convenient b/c they even were able to drop me off at work in Burbank

I found ARA when the side mirrors to my car got stolen. Not only was he helpful but he was truly sympathetic to what I went through. He even made sure that it never happens again by "securing" the mirrors. ARA always makes sure that I understand the work that needs to be done to my car. He actually cares that I know my car as much as he does by taking the time to show me how my car works and how to take care of it! Who does that?! He's fair, delivers top notch service, courteous and just the nicest guy you will ever meet! Most importantly, he will make sure that you pay a fair price for the service and parts. Don't go looking around for a good mechanic! Go to the BEST....it's ARA at MBZ Auto Service! (Ara, see what happens when you feed me pastries? Haha! See you in a month or so for my Service B).

I love my Mercedes! I don't love expensive Mercedes repair bills and maintenance costs, and I've been to a few local mechanics over about 10 years, and three different Benz. on 08/11/2010 i went to this shop because i had a problem with my 2001 E320 i need oil change timing belt changed i went inside spoke with a gentlemen by the name Ara i asked him if he can help me out with a reasonable price and he did and so i agreed to the price overall 5 star service and attitude clean area and he used original parts. will do business again...THX MUCH.

If you're looking for A+ service & repair at a reasonable price, MBZ Auto Service is the place to go. Ara, the owner, is a certified and trained Mercedes Benz mechanic, and I trust him with my 2005 CLK 320. During his complimentary assessment, I like how Ara explained what needed to be done and WHY. Sure enough, I crossed referenced this info with friends (experienced car mechanics) and Ara was spot on. Last but not least, Ara checked in with me two days after the repair to make sure everything was okay. I'm definitely coming back!

I can't say enough good things about Ara. After searching for an affordable but still reliable Mercedes mechanic near where I live and work, I came across MBZ Auto on yelp with one review. I took my chances and gave Ara a call. I had previously gone to Westwood Mercedes (who I would highly reccommed for Westsiders) for my car issues but a new job forced me to search for someone who was closer. And I couldn't be happier! Ara is very thorough in explaining what is wrong with you car which is a relief as a woman who thinks every mechanic is trying to give you a run for your money. If you're cool like me and drive a Mercedes Benz, then you NEED to know about Ara and MBZ Auto. Greatest auto repair shop ever. My car, because it is a Mercedes, doesn't need work often and when it does Ara knows everything about it and his work is 100% right the first time and the price is right. His actual price was once even lower than his estimated price. Has that ever happened to you? I didn't think so. And MBZ Auto is clean, clean, clean. Also I drive an older 190e, but Ara treats it (and me) like it's a CL65 AMG. It's because of MBZ Auto that I only want to drive Mercedes and not mess around with BMWs or Audis. So go ahead, buy that Benz you've always wanted and don't be afraid because Ara will take care of you.

Great Experience! I went to MBZ Auto Service after seeing all the yelp reviews. Since our MB was a lease it was very important that the work was done properly and the parts genuine. I didn't want to get dinged when taking the car back to the dealer. That's exactly what I got and I really appreciate Ara taking the time to explain everything and make sure I was a happy customer. I highly recommend taking your MB here when comparing shops and prices. You can't loose! I really appreciate the personal followup call I got after a few days of getting the car back. That really showed Ara is there for the long term.

I highly recommend MBZ for all your Mercedes auto care needs. I initially went to the shop to get a quote for damage to my fender. Not only did the mechanic fix the minor damage but he also inspected the car and pointed out some things that needed to be fixed too. Since I recently purchased the car from a used dealership I thought the car was good. But the mechanic really showed me everything that the dealership neglected to tell me. He even fixed some minor one on the spot. I appreciate his honesty and his work ethic. I plan to return for all my car needs.

I have had my car serviced for oil changes, tire changes and collisions over the past five years. Prices are reasonable and the service is outstanding. The service shop is clean and professional, My auto is fixed and delivered on time..I've been suckered at the Mercedes dealerships over the years. appreciate that at MBZ AUTO there are No games and no gimmicks. My estimates are reasonable and the collision repairs have always been a smooth and painless process. I have to give credit when credit is due. Thumbs up!!!

I was out of town and I had car problem coming noise under my ML350 I took to Mercedes dealer and other Mercedes mechanic in Phoenix AZ none of them knew where noise coming from When got to Glendale I take my Mercedes to MBZ I explain ARA he said leave your car I can check ..after 2 hours. Later e ARA called me said your car is ready and is fixed I was shocked to many other Mercedes mechanic couldn't find out. I trust my car to MBZ for reasonable price good estimate and honest service with respect

My car was leaking coolant and was making terrible sounds which was stressful because I had no idea where to take my Mercedes being new to LA. I went here because of the wonderful reviews and surely enough I wasn't dissappointed. Ara was very kind and knowledgable. He diagnosed my car and quoted me for only the work I needed to have done. He recommended fixes for the future but in a manner that didnt feel pushy as some mechanics would do. When I picked up my car, Ara walked me through what was fixed on my car pointing out the new parts. My car is now sounding better than ever thanks to Ara! I took my C230 to MBZ for a service and brake pads. And I can only tell you this. If want to be treated respectfully, have all your questions answered, have qualified work done on your car, have all the work done on your car explained clearly, have the work done on your car completed when you were told it would be completed, pay fair prices, and enjoy doing business with warm and highly professional people, then take your car to MBZ. Don't even think twice.

I was introduced to "Araik" owner of MBZ Auto by a friend of mine. Ive been a regular for about 5 years now. What i like about the shop is youll never find a dirty corner or greasy floors. The shop is very punctual and Araik is on point about all his repairs has all the knowledge and experiance needed to service any mercedes benz from classics to the lastest models with that said i recommended anyone that loves there mercedes to head over to MBZ auto you wont regret your visit.

So I don't like the name of the place:). Only four stars then... Did not want to write a review first time I visited this place. I thought I just got lucky with my Mercedes cd changer that was fixed for the third of the price quoted at my regular Mercedes dealership ( no replacement was required) . Now there was a transmission problem with my SLK (more like a new clutch required). Fixed (with no issues for more than 3 months ). Liked the service , price and results of work. Did not appear to be a stressful experinced

I went to Calstar for years, but as my Mercedes got older, I wasn't interested in paying their astronomical rates. I tried another mechanic, and then found Ara. I've been there twice now, over the past fourteen months, and I think he's terrific! The service is always explained to me in detail, and the price is about half of the dealership. They only use the correct parts, which is another plus. (The previous mechanic I tried used an inferior part that had failed, and Ara replaced it for no charge - a five dollar part, but still.) I would highly recommend this shop for Mercedes owners, and the only reason I don't give them a full five stars is because I don't know enough about car repair to know with certainty that it's perfect ("It's me, not you."). But they're amazing and I plan to go there for the life of my car!

I have serviced my car with MBZ Auto for many years. They are the only ones I trust with my car and Ara has always been nothing but professional, accommodating and courteous. I've gone to others in the past but have always felt that they take advantage; not in the case with Ara. He tells it like is, takes care of any and all issues, is reasonable and gets you on your way without any hassle. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation and am grateful to have him as a go-to for all my MBZ needs.

My roommate recommended I go to MBZ to get my BMW serviced with Ara because she loves him and has told me for the past 3 years that he is the BEST! I went and he took such good care of my car. He went above and beyond to make sure that he fixed everything just perfectly and kept me posted on the status of what he was doing all along the way. He also found a few unexpected issues that thankfully hadn't happened yet but could any minute and when i asked for his opinion on what i should do, he told me very honestly. I also asked what he would tell his daughter to do if she were in my shoes and his response was, "that's why i told you what i told you, it's what i would tell my daughter to do too!" So sweet and kind and reliable and i will only go to Ara from here on out!!!

I was looking for a mechanic to service my 2007 CLS 550 (EPS warning light, gear issues). Arak, the owner, even pointed me to gas leak under the rear seat which posed a fire hazard. He asked me to call Mercedes to check if this was covered under an extented warranty as this was an issue with 2007 models which I would have never known if he hadn't told me. I could not be happier with their honest and immaculate service, especially as he saved me hundreds of dollars. I highly recommend them to any Mercedes owner, especially as Arak used to work for a Mercedes dealer as a mechanic.

Certainly, by all accounts, the most user friendly and yet the best mechanic in the area. M\y wife has been an avid supporter of Mercedes auto over the years yet I can attest tshe was about to give up and go to another make until we went to Ara. Prior we got only marginal service from other independents as well as other dealers in the area. . Ara goes the extra mile to explain in detail the problem , the resolution and price. His prices are low yet the result is superior. When we go into his shop to pick up our car after service Ara always shows us the defective parts he had to replace. (Quite unusual in this day and age). His concern for the well being of my wife and her satisfaction with the result of the job speaks so well for him .
